Salary Range: ₦80,000 basic salary plus performance bonus inclusive.

Role Overview:

The passenger will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery and collection of official documents, materials, parcels and bulky items as required. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made quickly and safely, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of the company.

• All health, safety and environmental driving policies must be observed to ensure consistent safety of documents and motorcycles.
• Responsible for updating the riders log daily with required information.
• You must ensure that the documents/details of the allocated motorcycle are up to date and valid.
• You should ensure that the bike is cleaned routinely or when needed.
• Responsible for performing a daily check on the overall condition of the assigned motorcycle and must lock the motorcycle properly when there is a need to leave it unattended.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must reside around Ajao Estate, Mafoluku, Ejigbo, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Anthony, Maryland, Gbagada, Isolo and Environs.
• Familiarity with relevant methods.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or related position.
• Polite and able to deal with people.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

• Optimize delivery methods for efficiency.
• Be adaptable to changing delivery requirements and priorities.
• Handle and secure items properly during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
