Responsibilities:

• Creative leadership: You will help create and maintain the creative vision and strategy for our brand across different platforms. You will mentor, mentor and collaborate with engineers, designers and other creatives to ensure our creative output aligns with our brand identity and strategic goals.

• Graphic design and creative visualization: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Use your graphic design skills to create engaging, visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines and improve user experiences. You’ll use tools like Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, InVision, Blender, and more.

• Design prototyping and iteration: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iteratively improve designs to meet user needs and project requirements. The ultimate goal is Easy touch screen kiosk software.

• Front-end development expert: Implement your design vision in a live environment using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive web interfaces. We push the boundaries of what’s possible with websites both visually and behind the scenes with our infrastructure.

• Team collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, constraints and timelines. Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Design system governance: Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across projects. Define and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices to streamline the development process and ensure cohesive user experiences.

• User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Create intuitive, user-centric designs that align with brand guidelines and deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Wiring and prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts and interactions. Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback to iteratively improve designs.

• Marketing design and maintenance: Responsible for designing, building and maintaining responsive marketing websites using Webflow. Implement updates and changes as required, ensuring all websites remain fresh, functional and aligned with our brand and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field.

• – At least 5 years of experience in software development and UI/UX design. Perfect experience with Interactive kiosk software.

• An expert when it comes to designing and developing beautiful, incredibly user-friendly websites.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva and UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

• Expert in implementing complex HTML, CSS and Javascript from scratch.

• Significant experience using web frameworks such as Vue (preferred), React or Angular.

• Strong attention to detail is critical to ensuring a high level of quality in design deliverables, including visuals, interaction flows, and responsive design considerations.

• Bonus points if you’re an expert in additional front-end technologies like WebGL, WebAssembly, ThreeJS, Augmented Reality, and trends in AI.
