The US University of Richmond in London is looking for a highly motivated and motivated Collaborative Supply Projects Officer who will support the Collaborative Supply Projects Manager and Deputy Registrar: ensuring quality with the management of Collaborative Supply (international and within the UK) and providing dedicated support to external communications at partner organisations. This will include providing bilingual support to internal colleagues and external contacts, working in close partnership with the Collaborative Support Manager.

You will have experience supporting projects demonstrated through the use of project management techniques and will have working fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 6, or equivalent).

Previous experience serving and facilitating meetings with external stakeholders, ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, ensuring correct procedures are followed, established timelines are maintained and proper documentation is essential. The successful candidate will be a skilled user of MS Office applications and appropriate translation and project management products.

You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and demonstrate confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders in a professional and assured manner.

The nature of this role requires working with international partners outside of core working hours. The role may require occasional travel to partner organizations in the UK and around the world, particularly in Asia.
