Do you have a passion for helping others? Whether it’s getting answers to customers quickly, consulting on products with empathy or finding solutions to their problems with a smile, you’ll make the difference between their customer experience being merely average or exceptional. During a typical day, you will answer incoming communications from customers, and conduct research to provide answers to customers to solve their problems What you bring to the role Bilingual in English and Spanish 6 or more months of customer service experience Integrity in following HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if your private information was shared) High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience High-speed Internet (> 15Mbps) While we recommend using a wired USB headset, if you already have a headset, you may be able to use that (excluding Bluetooth headphones) smartphone or other IOS or Android device (iPad etc.) for your daily login.
