Ph.D. A Graduate Research Assistant (RA) position is available in Dr. Daniel Zitomer’s research group at Marquette University (Department of Civil, Building and Environmental Engineering). The RA will study improved anaerobic biotechnology for wastewater management and biomethane production for renewable energy. Applicants must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or any related engineering discipline. Start date is August 1, 2026 or before. There are opportunities to engage with the NSF Great Lakes Water Innovation Engine, which includes more than 30 water companies and 15 universities.
