The Social Media Manager we are looking for will be responsible for ensuring our brand is seen, heard and loved by current and potential community members. In this role, you will develop and implement a social communications strategy for sparkincluding social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships and PR efforts to build a lasting and attractive presence in the market.

What will you do:

  • Own and implement Spark’s social media strategy across all channels.
  • Create, schedule and publish high-quality, engaging content.
  • Develop and manage content calendars.
  • Launch and grow Spark’s TikTok and Instagram presence.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Interact with the Spark community and respond to conversations.
  • Build relationships with influencers and evangelists.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
  • Manage social listening to capture opportunities and feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and test new content formats.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for B2C or B2B SaaS brands.
  • Proven track record of growing social channels (particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram).
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (next to native fluency).
  • Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs and reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex product benefits into engaging social content.
  • Experience in community engagement and networking with influencers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced company.

Plus will be:

  • Familiarity with productivity, communications, or SaaS products.
  • Experience in paid social campaigns.
  • Design or video editing skills (e.g. Figma, CapCut)
  • Experience building ambassador or missionary programs.
  • Previous startup experience.
