SOC Analyst in Digital Recruitment

We are looking for skilled people SOC Analyst (Level 2) to join our managed SOC team. This role goes beyond traditional monitoring: In addition to overseeing our IBM QRadar SIEM environment across multiple customers, you will proactively work with customer environments to mitigate threats, apply agreed upon security measures, and strengthen their security posture.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has hands-on experience in SOC operations, and is eager to work closely with both technology and people to keep our customers secure.
Location: Valencia, Spain, Office
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze QRadar dashboards and alerts across multiple client environments.
  • Identify, investigate and escalate potential security incidents according to established rules of play.
  • Conduct triage and maintain accurate security event logs.
  • Proactively engage with client solutions to mitigate risks and implement agreed controls.
  • Collaborate with vCISOs and senior analysts to ensure smooth incident response and customer communication.
  • Provide support engineering for client’s security infrastructure, including Jamf, Palo Alto (PAB and GP), AWS, Azure, Okta, and Cloudflare.
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining endpoint, network and cloud security tools.
  • Contribute to documenting incidents, operations, and response evidence.
  • Support continuous improvement of managed SOC service delivery

requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, SOC processes, and SIEM monitoring (QRadar experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT and security tools: firewalls, identity platforms, cloud security, and endpoint management.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to grow into advanced SOC responsibilities and support proactive security engineering.
  • English B2+
