You will join A A high-level team of 5 experienced engineers Who drive innovation, scale architecture, and push the boundaries of AI-powered voice technology.

What will you do?

• Enhance and scale your backend The #1 AI voice solution for dental clinics in the US market.
• Collaborate with a large team of engineers in designing and improving high load systems.
• Build and enhance features that support cutting-edge voice and AI workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reliability and performance across back-end services.
• Worked with production cloud environments (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Improving database performance and query execution in SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Drive engineering best practices, guidance, and code quality improvements.

Technology stack

• Background: Python, Django, Celery, Asensio, Redis
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL (optimization), NoSQL
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (k8s, OpenShift, EKS), and production cloud environments
• Build: Client server, microservices

requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• bachelor of science. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Python and Django.
• experience with Celery, redis, asynchronous.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and performance optimization.
• Experience in Cloud production and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and scalable systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and ownership-based.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• Text to audio/audio to text techniques (Eleven laboratories, dipgram)
• Real-time communication frameworks e.g Live Kit
• Experience integrating and optimizing multiple LLMs in production
