Project Description: The client is a retail investment platform, popular in DACH. They have a great IT team behind the product.

you will:

– Be responsible for ensuring high quality while ensuring timely delivery of client business requirements within a specific business initiative/project;

– Manage the entire production and delivery process based on concise specification documents: deliver projects on time, and within budget, depending on the project phases (planning and development);

– Communicate with the client and other project stakeholders on a daily basis.

— Budget control (depends on project type TM or fixed price);

– Responsible for successfully closing the race and controlling the scope;

– Resolving conflicts internal to the team and with clients.

– Providing daily communications with clients and providing clear reports.

— Encourage teams to add value to customers through continuous improvement;

– Assess and deal with risks (analyze and report / escalate problems or delays in fulfilling obligations to the leadership);

— Take responsibility for your actions and decisions;

requirements:

— Located in the European Union (or able to transport)
– 5+ years of working experience as a project manager (or similar roles) in an IT outsourcing company;
– Technical background, whether in development or quality assurance roles, and the ability to delve into project details and discuss technical aspects with engineers.

— Proven experience in AI projects (LLM, RAG, chat programs, etc.);
– Experience in the field of financial technology.

– Good understanding and experience in both traditional and agile approaches.

– Customer focus and expertise in how to achieve business value;

– Advanced level of English.

– Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

– Strong knowledge of full cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate, track, improve and successfully complete complex projects;

– Experience managing fixed price and T&M projects;

– Practical experience using JIRA.
