Senior Lecturer in Architectural Practice at the University of Greenwich

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to join our Architecture portfolio, in the School of Design and Creative Industries, to lead/teach and develop the Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (Part 3) programme. The role will also require the candidate to teach/develop and support professional Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes.

The candidate must also:

  • Contribute to the delivery of educational architecture programmes, including research-informed curriculum development and recruitment activities.
  • Be aware of the changes to architectural education due to the changes proposed by the ARB + ​​RIBA and help implement the changes.
  • Must be able to collaborate with the teaching of other modules (Design/Technology/History/Theory) within the program to create a comprehensive architecture programme.
  • Contribute more widely to the design and delivery of educational activities across the school, reflecting the successful candidate’s subject specialism, and appropriate to the needs of a diverse student body; Through the range of courses offered by the department.
