Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sales strategies and achieve AJGAR goals.
• Supervise, direct and empower the sales team to achieve optimal and sustainable results.
• Keep an eye on new market flows and partnerships to aid AJGAR’s business ambitions.
• Review and analyze business indicators, sales insights, and automate dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance partnerships as well as relationships and hospitality/retail partnerships.
• Work with marketing and products to be sold within the overall Go to Market strategy.
• Assist sales in resolving customer issues and personally attend valued customer escalations.
• Track industry knowledge and framework/structure including competitive and comparable shifts.

requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. A sales role with industry experience, ideally in fashion retail and e-commerce.
3. Key strengths of the role: Leadership and communication.
