At Pronto Pilates, we are building the future of fitness through innovative zero-staff Pilates studios. With cutting-edge software and a passion for empowering our users, we offer high-quality video lessons, seamless studio access through an integrated door lock system, and intuitive booking experiences. With over 30 studios across Australia and planning rapid expansion into three new countries this year, we are on an ambitious path to reach 1,000 studios worldwide within the next three years.

We’re looking for a talented, self-driven Full Stack Engineer to join our fully remote and asynchronous team. You will play a critical role in developing and enhancing the data, process and reporting tools that support the business. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.

What will you do:

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable units, prioritize based on business impact, and guide features from conception to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient and well-tested code, ensuring scalability and reliability of our platforms.
• Design, build and maintain complete applications that support analytics, experimentation and workflow reporting.
• Develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources (Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, internal databases) into a central data warehouse.
• Implement and manage analytics tools for event tracking, cohort analysis, conversion path optimization, and growth experiments (e.g. GrowthBook).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to ensure accurate, actionable data flows across platforms.
• Improve the performance and reliability of data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.

To secure an interview, you must possess the following:

• Strong proficiency across our technology stack: NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience with analytics and event tracking tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc., in particular – debugging event tracking inconsistencies for a large product.
• Comfortable working with event-driven architectures and real-time data flow.
• Able to analyze superficial data and insights for product and growth teams in a clear and actionable way.
• Proven ability to self-manage, work independently, and thrive in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• A practical approach to software development, balancing technical excellence with business needs.
• Kindness, empathy and a spirit of cooperation within a team setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
