Receptionist at the front desk

Our company is looking for a professional Front Desk Officer to supervise all reception and secretarial duties in the main entrance office. You will perform a range of duties including answering telephone calls, managing the switchboard and maintaining the office budget.
Your central goal is to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and support. As the “face” of our company, the successful candidate will be personable, friendly and have outstanding interpersonal skills. You must have a knack for multi-tasking, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and providing great customer service.
Make sure the reception desk is neat, presentable, and stocked with all necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and remove messages.
Accept all letters and parcels and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.
Supervising the office budget.
