We are looking for a reliable, deadline-driven Construction Supervisor to supervise the company’s construction crews. A construction supervisor’s responsibilities include hiring new crew members, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all employees about safety. You must ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.

To be successful as a construction supervisor, you must demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Top-notch construction supervisors are leaders who can identify problems and find meaningful solutions.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
Ensuring teams work together to deliver high quality work and to strict deadlines.
Required to monitor construction operations and provide training and team building sessions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety rules at all times.
Conduct routine equipment, material and site inspections.
Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers and employees.
Write reports, budgets and project plans and present them to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with architects and other professionals.
Stay up to date on safety laws and advances in the construction industry.
Assist in recruiting and training new employees.
Process paperwork and travel to multiple locations as required.
