👥 Our users

Junior’s users are consulting and private equity professionals at global strategy firms, M&A shops, and independent investment teams—overworked, time-strapped, and highly intelligent. They spend much of their day on busy administrative work rather than the high-impact analysis they were hired to do: juggling dozens of research and diligence calls, struggling with messy scripts, chasing down the right citations, tracking entities across projects, and manually entering insights into datasets – all under tough deadlines.

Junior overcomes this friction by automating call ingestion, script cleaning, quote extraction, and vision structuring so they can focus on deep problem solving, deal sourcing, and crafting recommendations that get things moving.

• He has exceptional Rule of taste and design

• Strong product sensitivities

• It is headquartered in New York City -We have a huge bias for working IRL

• He has experience Leading projects Thoroughly and independently transfer ideas from concept to implementation

• He is stubborn About their work and eager to contribute to product decisions

• He has Strong communication skills Desire to take on a customer-facing role – As a small team, we expect everyone to work closely with our external partners

• He loves collaborating with engineers, as we have many more of them than designers

• He is curious about AI tools and how they can accelerate design-to-code cycles. We love and encourage experimentation at all levels
