We are seeking to appoint an experienced leader to Providing academic leadership in the design and delivery of a range of high quality programmes, with primary responsibility for the Global Executive MBA and other Masters courses delivered in the UK and through international partners. This also entails executive management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will:

• Providing far-sighted academic leadership in the design and day-to-day delivery of high quality programmes, with a particular focus on the leading teaching, learning and assessment of the Global Executive MBA and other Masters programs such as MRes and MBA Top-ups, ensuring that effective and innovative approaches are integrated into all provisions.
• They have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience
• Be committed to coordinating with companies and other organizations to link the research and teaching capacity of the School with professional leaders.
• They have the ability to manage and lead staff, ensuring fair distribution of workload and an individual personal development plan for each person
