Aspect has a job opportunity for a Post Production Assistant (PA) who has a passion for movie trailers and is excited to join the team. We are an award-winning motion picture advertising agency based in North Hollywood, California. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for retrieving sensitive materials and delivering them in a timely manner to and from various clients.

We are looking for those with a strong interest in motion picture advertisements and movie trailers. Ideal candidates are dependable self-starters, adaptable problem solvers. They are team players, detail-oriented, have excellent phone etiquette, and are creative.

This position requires a reliable vehicle, a valid California driver’s license, California vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and an excellent driving record. Must be able to work variable shifts, occasional weekend work, and overtime.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a detailed log of assets and drives as they are retrieved and received
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of office spaces
• Assists in moving office furniture and various tasks as needed
• Call and confirm receipt of orders
• Daily mail and parcel distribution
• Assists production teams with feature dialogue transcription
• Contact various vendors to inquire about supplies and availability
• Assists in various tasks related to assigned operations
• Assists the office manager in planning and organizing various internal events for employees
• Providing reception coverage as needed

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Frequently lifting/moving furniture, boxes, and equipment
• Driving in heavy traffic, safe lots, and varying distances is required
• Lots of sitting and computer-related desk work
• Repeated listening (phone calls) and reading comprehension
• Experience in Adobe Premiere & Avid is a plus
