Job Title: Platform Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Platform Marketing Manager

Section: Integrated Marketing Services, Global Marketing

Location: New York

A little about our team:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Platform Marketing Coordinator to join Warner Music Group’s global marketing team.

Your turn:

The Platform Marketing Coordinator provides foundational support to the Platform Marketing team in managing, allocating and implementing contracted and acquired platform inventory. For the music industry, this role is entry level. It’s ideal for someone with some digital marketing experience, a passion for music and eager to gain experience working with brand marketing teams and their key external partners such as Youtube, Spotify, TikTok and more. The role provides exposure to high-impact artist campaigns and cross-functional collaboration across our central marketing and brand teams globally.

Here you will get:
• Assist in distributing, tracking and implementing WMG platform inventory across the organization
• Actively support the Platform Marketing Manager in setting up and running Youtube Gratis campaigns
• Support asset collection for platform editorial opportunities and centrally executed advertising campaigns
• Maintain team resources by updating internal documentation, Airtable planners, calendars and campaign trackers for smooth project coordination
• Support reporting needs by assisting in compiling performance snapshots, screenshots and metrics from platform dashboards as directed by senior team members
• Coordinate internal communications. Support scheduling meetings, taking notes and following up between media teams and internal departments. This will be especially crucial as the team is split between London and New York City
• Learn about platform marketing tools and booking systems, specifically YouTube Ads Manager
• Actively participate in training and stay interested in digital advertising formats on Youtube, TikTok, Snap, Twitch and more

About you:
• 2+ years of experience assisting in marketing, media, or related internal training
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social platforms and how fans discover music online
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets

We’d love it if you also have:
• Experience using Youtube Ads Manager or analytics tools in school or training.

Salary range

$24.00 to $24.00 per hour
