Neo Group is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Portuguese speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats and emails.
  • Handle customer complaints and solve problems effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and courtesy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A patient, empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cookies and why/when to clean them).
  • Having experience with cryptocurrencies is a big plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • – Ability to work shifts – morning, afternoon, night. Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).
