The Mathematics, Physics and Life Sciences (MPLS) Division Office is seeking a talented Communications and Engagement Coordinator to help deliver high-quality, creative communications showcasing the world-leading science taking place across our nine divisions.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering the MPLS communications strategy and supporting the department’s priorities. You will write and edit content for newsletters, website and promotional materials. Planning events and engagement activities; And work with colleagues at all levels – including the Head of Department and the senior leadership team – to ensure our messages are clear, consistent and engaging.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, develop your skills across a wide range of communications activities, and make a real difference to a department that is home to some of the University’s most exciting research and innovations.

You will be an experienced communicator with excellent written and digital skills, confident working with stakeholders at all levels, and motivated by creating engaging communications that connect people and ideas.
