the Middle school principal Reports to the Principal and leads grades 5-8, ensuring a developmentally appropriate and task-oriented experience for students and teachers. This leader will:

• Guide and support teachers during curriculum development and student learning.

• Promoting belonging and adherence to Benedictine values ​​in daily life.

• Partnering with families and community members to enhance the middle school experience.

• Oversee operations, staffing, and budget consistent with the school’s vision.

Ideal candidates Have a master’s degree or higher, demonstrate strong leadership experience at the intermediate level, model faith and integrity, and bring a collaborative, student-centered approach to school life.
