Job Summary

We are looking for proactive, results-oriented Environmental Health Officers to oversee the sales and certification of waste bins within Lagos. Successful candidates will be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, promoting waste containers throughout local government/departments, and engaging residents, businesses and communities to encourage proper use of trash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase fund sales within assigned LGA, achieving monthly targets. – Promote the transportation of waste in containers across all departments within the city of Lagos.
• Engage residents, businesses and communities to promote trash use.
• Educating families on proper waste management practices. – Send daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records
• Ensure compliance with Lagos State Safety and Environmental Protection Council guidelines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be licensed/registered by EHCON or equivalent. – Minimum OND or equivalent.
• Must reside within Lagos
• Experience in sales/marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Physically fit and ready to work.

Compensation and benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₦70,000 (performance based).

We are looking for hardworking, performance-oriented Environmental Supervisors to supervise the activities of Environmental Officers within a designated Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos. Ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising and monitoring team performance, ensuring sales goals are met, and maintaining operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and monitoring the performance of environmental employees.
• Ensure officers meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
• Conduct attendance checks and validate transportation allowance payments.
• Compiling and submitting daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide feedback, guidance and training support to officers.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be licensed/registered by EHCON or equivalent.
• Minimum OND/HND/BSc. in environmental science, marketing, business administration, or any related field.
• At least two years of supervisory or sales/field experience.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret performance reports.
• Must reside in Lagos.
