• Graduation in any discipline (Regular/Distance Learning) from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a government regulatory body.
• The applicant must not have any vigilance/disciplinary case pending against him or her and must not be serving a sentence at the time of application.

IPPB GDS Executive 2025 Selection Process

• The merit list will be drawn port wise banking. Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained at graduation. However, the bank reserves the right to conduct the test online.
• In the event that the graduation percentage is equal between two candidates on the merit list, the candidate with the most seniority in service at the Ministry of Labor is selected. In the event of equal seniority in service, the candidate is selected on the basis of date of birth.
• The candidate must fill in the exact percentage of marks obtained in graduation up to two decimal places. The percentile marks are arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidate in all subjects in all semesters/year(s) by the sum of maximum marks in all subjects irrespective of honors/optional subject/extra elective if any. This will also apply to those universities where the degree/grade is determined on the basis of honors marks only. Percentage rounding will not be acceptable under any circumstances.
• When the percentage (%) of marks is not awarded by the Board/University/Institute and only grades are awarded (such as GPA/GPA/CQPI), it shall be converted into the exact equivalent percentage (%) of marks as per the formula provided by the college/university. If any deviation is found in the application form regarding percentage of marks, such applications will be rejected immediately.
• It is advisable to inform and obtain a NOC from your home institution at the time of application. During document verification, candidates will have to submit the following:
• A statement detailing the major and minor penalties imposed on the employee, if any, during the past five (5) years.
• Clearance certificate from the head of the department/sub-department.
• Engagement with IPPB should commence only after completion of mandatory formalities relating to their mitigation process as stipulated by the parent organisation.
• Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be in the selection list.
• The results of qualified candidates for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of final selected candidates will be published on the website.
