Job Overview:

The head coach of the women’s lacrosse team is responsible for the overall organization and management of the program, overseeing all aspects of the sport. This includes supervising and developing athletes through effective teaching of skills and strategies, leading recruiting efforts to attract top talent, and managing budget development and resource allocation. Additionally, the head coach schedules practices and competitions, ensures facilities and equipment are maintained and functional, and engages in public relations and community outreach to foster strong relationships with alumni and local supporters. Above all, a head coach is committed to upholding NCAA policies and regulations while promoting a culture of excellence, integrity and sportsmanship within the program.

Work related knowledge:

Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting collegiate athletics. expertise:

One to two years of previous coaching experience and/or coaching and competitive background indicating the ability to coach successfully in an NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment. education:
