Frostburg State University is seeking a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field to begin the spring of 2026. This position will be responsible for providing athletic training, supervision, recruiting, academic monitoring, and other duties related to the sports of cross country and track and field as determined by the Head Coach. Candidates will assist and travel with student-athletes in cross country and track and field. This position will report to the Head Cross Country Coach and will have dedicated responsibilities for Cross Country/Distance as well as the Pole Vault.

Applicants must have prior playing experience, a bachelor’s degree and a 3.0 GPA to be accepted into the desired graduate program if offered the position. Preference will be given to a candidate with prior internship experience and knowledge of the Frostburg Regional Employment Area.
