(About the epic):
Saga Translations is a Brooklyn-based translation service that focuses on creating English translations of raw footage for international news reports and documentaries. We’ve worked with multiple series on Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.

(the topic):
We are hiring audio-visual translators to create US English subtitles (.srt) from raw Indonesian footage for an upcoming environmental documentary about the construction of a sea wall in Indonesia to address rising sea levels.

The footage includes a mix of long-form interviews and short interviews with ecologists and hunters, as well as extended real-life scenes.

Applicants/translators will not need to be present daily. The production team will assign multiple translators and will assign shots based on individual availability.

Snapshots are immediately available to send for translation jobs. This project is expected to last for at least two to three weeks.

Net 30 invoices will be paid via bank transfer.
