This role will be campus based with the potential to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

From welcome and graduation to campaigns that support belonging, well-being, and success, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact communications that keep students informed, inspired, and engaged.

Working closely with colleagues across our Student Education and Experience group, you’ll help shape campaigns, content and messaging that reach over 43,000 students from 140 countries. You will bring insight and a strong understanding of the student journey, helping us to foster a sense of belonging and community in everything we do.

This is a role for someone who is strategic, collaborative, and hands-on – as comfortable planning multi-channel campaigns as writing engaging content, supporting internal stakeholders, and delivering daily communications that reflect the diversity and voice of our student body.

You will combine strategic planning and oversight of delivery with vision-driven decision making and strong collaboration to deliver campaigns and content that support student voice and truly communicate.
