Job Title: Digital Influencer Marketing Coordinator
A little about our team:
The digital team at Atlantic Music Group is dedicated to building artists’ careers through the intersection of music and technology. By leveraging influencer partnerships and through creative marketing campaigns, we build fan communities online and mobile, with a focus on evolving the way fans listen to, engage with and purchase music and related products. We create, market, distribute and optimize content, develop and implement CRM/fan acquisition strategies, and work with new and exciting digital platforms and startups.
Your turn:
We are looking for a creative, smart and highly organized Digital Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and amplify our Hip Hop and R&B artists. This role will play a key role in identifying rising digital tastemakers, activating influencer partnerships across platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram), and helping artists build lasting cultural relevance online.
Here you will get:
• Assist in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns for hip-hop and rap artists across the Atlantic Music Group roster.
• Identify and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, tastemakers, meme accounts, dancers, streetwear creators, and culturally relevant content creators.
• Support the development of custom campaign briefs for each song or artist, ensuring impactful content aligns with the tone and identity of the artist.
• Track emerging trends and widespread challenges within online hip-hop/rap communities, highlighting opportunities for proactive engagement with content creators.
• Manage campaign logistics, including outreach tracking and product/correspondence coordination when appropriate.
• Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance using tools like Creator Core, Cobrand, and internal metrics dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with artist product managers, A&R, creative teams, and outside agencies to align on campaign goals and timelines.
• Support influencer onboarding for in-person activations, video shoots, listening sessions, and community initiatives.
About you:
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related field – preferably in music, entertainment, or youth culture.
• Deep familiarity with hip-hop and rap culture, online communities, and related creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive emails and campaign briefs.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
• A passion for discovering music and a desire to support new sounds and movements within the genre.
We’d love it if you also have:
• Experience with influencer management platforms and campaign reporting tools a plus.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value collaboration within the office and believe it is essential to developing talent and fostering strong working relationships.
Salary range
$21.79 to $23.07 per hour
Salary ranges are included in job advertisements where required by law. Actual base salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time depending on a variety of internal and external factors.
