Salary package of up to £90,000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Real Estate & Facilities leadership team as Deputy Director, with responsibility for leading the delivery of our real estate strategy, which includes a program of multi-million pound construction projects across our world-renowned listed properties.

This is a new role and you will be acting for the Director across the full range of their remit, leading cross-departmental initiatives, and managing a range of teams.

You will bring experience in a similar strategic leadership role in estate planning, construction and management, leading high performing teams, successfully delivering high value strategic construction projects and with a can-do attitude to make a difference to our students and the wider community.

Your portfolio will include capital projects, engineering, property and aerospace and will provide the opportunity to shape the campus, including the delivery of high profile projects for the refurbishment and redevelopment of iconic and listed buildings.

This full-time position is available immediately and indefinitely.
