About the project:
Nybsys provides connectivity solutions that enable public and private companies to build their own cellular networks with high bandwidth, coverage and reliability, which in turn allows for next-generation digitization scenarios such as automation, robotics and high-definition video.
Nybsys connects the unconnected, protects the vulnerable, and applies AI for good. This is achieved by creating solutions designed in Silicon Valley, made in Europe, built in Asia and Africa, and tested around the world.

Why and what to expect:
For the purpose of expanding the NybSys engineering team, we are looking for a C++ Engineer, passionate about tackling various data ingestion challenges, and working within a team of technology experts to build 5G/4G network solutions especially in the US market.

Responsibilities:
1. Porting existing NMS modules from Python to C++ or Rust with better memory management and hardware level access for server-side development;
2. Test your code and fix bugs;
3. Investigate and solve problems related to solutions;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from other parts of the product.
5. Submit the code to GIT;
6. Communication with the client:
• Hold daily meetings with the project team.
• Meetings with the Product Owner upon request.

practical:
• Follow the project work schedule: 09-50 — 19-00, 1-2 One hour break/lunch
• Submit daily status reports in the time tracking system about the work completed during one day including hours spent on each task.
• Provide feedback/suggestions regarding new ideas and potential improvements to the product or engineering process to the PM in written form.

Professional skills:
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering using C/C++, Rust.
• Experience in developing real-time applications.
• Strong knowledge in network programming.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience profiling, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Gateway.
• Knowledge of Linux-based platforms.
