TV Post Production Coordinator Job Details | Lionsgate

Position summary

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in the Television Post Production Department. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong understanding of post production who can provide administrative support and help manage the different stages of our production.

Responsibilities
• Support the post-production team from development through final delivery and air
• Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut off deadlines) for the entire television department
• Manage the packaging process and organize the storage of all display assets
• Serve as the primary administrator for our library of television content across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update the “Engagement Manual/Checklist” in collaboration with department executives
• Attend, participate in and take notes during virtual follow-up meetings with vendors, production teams and internal employees
• Assist in creating subsequent calendar and budgeting
• Provide general support to the team as needed

Qualifications and skills
• Previous post-production experience required
• Very detailed and organized. No task is too small
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice don’t have
• Familiarity with streaming platforms, Airtable, Aspera, and DocuSign
• Passion for the television industry and post-production
• BA/BA degree in related field preferred
• Possibility of using the car for job-related trips
