As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling the teams that make our groundbreaking technology possible. You will take the lead on specific research processes across hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware and controls), manufacturing and other important corporate and operational functions that keep our organization running smoothly.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, shape search strategies, and find innovative ways to engage top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on diversity, enjoys building pipelines from the ground up, and is energized by challenging searches in hard-to-reach talent markets.

This is a 6-month contract with high potential for extension.

Success criteria

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hardware, manufacturing, and corporate roles efficiently and thoughtfully
• Source creatively and proactively, going beyond job postings and LinkedIn to uncover talent through alternative channels such as industry communities, conferences, lab networks, technical forums, and direct outreach
• Delivering an exceptional experience to the candidate and hiring manager at every stage of the process
• Maintain a structured, data-driven workflow in our ATS (Lever) and collaborate closely with the broader People and Talent team
• Add structure, curiosity, and continuous improvement to how we hire as we continue to grow

Your experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in hardware, manufacturing or deep technology environments
• Experience with instrumentation staffing and/or manufacturing is a must
• Proven track record of building pipelines from scratch and finding passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
• Experience supporting corporate searches or operations (e.g., finance, supply chain, people operations, facilities)
• Exposure to robotics, machine learning/AI, or research employment is a plus and not a requirement
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (leverage experience preferred)

About Sanctuary AI

Founded in 2018, Sanctuary is building humanoid robots and a new control system that integrates symbolic logic and reasoning with data-driven robotics foundation models. We use our robots to collect vision, audio, touch, and proprioception data from the robot’s perspective as they perform work tasks in the real world.
