a description:
Stage Manager – PT – Archer Music Hall

What will this role do?
• Responsible for communicating details of the evening event to the production crew and all relevant internal departments. Responsible for securing required permits and tickets and preparing guest lists.
• Manages production crew members and greenroom staff.
• Ensure that members of the band(s) have the required items to perform the show(s).
• Supervises the loading and unloading of out-of-range equipment and rental equipment.
• Responsible for documenting production crew disciplinary issues and reporting actions to the Production Manager.
• Implementing settlement of each contract with artists after the show (instead of the fourth point).
• Ensure all internal policies are implemented regarding staging, safety and presentation protocol.

What will this person bring?
required:
• Minimum 3 years experience in touring and stage production.
• Experience with stage lighting, professional sound systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to make clear and concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.
• Computer reading and writing in Windows applications.
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

• University degree.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Work in an environment with a moderate to high noise level.
