Senior Product Manager role at Crowdfunder
Crowdfunder is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead and improve our Connect platform and product suite. This role combines comprehensive product vision with ownership in key performance areas – particularly high-converting, high-traffic components such as checkout flow.
Your work will directly power the success of thousands of fundraising projects, empowering people and partners to bring good ideas to life in their communities.
The role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that is at the heart of Crowdfunder’s mission. You will own the performance and evolution of our platforms, combining customer insights, data and creativity to deliver a world-class crowdfunding experience.
You’ll collaborate across teams to design, deliver, and iterate on features that inspire trust, increase conversion, and multiply good. From shaping product strategy to unblocking deliveries, you’ll help us move fast, stay human and make a difference.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance across two key areas: the core Crowdfunder platform and the Connect (Partner Funding) product suite.
- Enhance delivery and improve overall features, with a particular focus on the user journey and conversion (e.g., checkout flow)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer experience, design, marketing, and leadership team to prioritize, communicate, and deliver impactful product work
- Lead through Clarity: You will be the key communicator of progress, barriers and delivery schedules across departments for the products you own
- Balance strategic planning with practical implementation, keeping an eye on the big picture and paying attention to detail
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to guide product decisions and set priorities
- Work quickly and effectively under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic and streamlined environment
- Roll up your sleeves to get started with hands-on delivery, problem-solving, and detail-focused improvements
About you
You are a creator and connector: equal parts strategist, communicator and doer. You care deeply about users, think creatively about problems, and get energy from seeing ideas become real. You bring clarity to complexity, mobilize teams around results, and keep delivery on target.
You are likely to attend:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or charitable giving
- Experience in A/B testing – skilled at designing tests, interpreting results, and iterating quickly to achieve measurable improvements
- Experience working with corporate partners – Confidence in gathering requirements, delivering product plans and leading development discussions to keep priorities on track
- Experience applying AI in productivity and product development contexts – whether through workflow automation, AI-powered customer insights, or integrating AI features into the product experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing features and improving key metrics such as conversion or engagement
- Comfortable with agile development environments; Experience with Jira is a plus
- Trust in stakeholder engagement and transparent product delivery process management
- Data-informed decision-making mindset, with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Looker Studio (or similar tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.) to create, interpret and present performance dashboards
- Experience working with CRM platforms to understand user behavior, funnel performance and segmentation
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in sustainability or social impact sectors
- Ability to bring in new ideas from external product frameworks and iterate internal processes
- Hands-on experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Comfort with advanced SQL or direct database querying
Crowdfunder highly values creativity, human-centered design, and mission-driven impact. You will thrive here if you:
- To be collaborative, transparent and put people first in the way you work
- Aligned with our values around social good and innovation
- Add curiosity, clarity and initiative to everything you do
- Enjoy a fast-moving, experimental environment
- If you’re passionate about building purposeful, high-performance products that help communities thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

About crowdfunding
Crowdfunder is a fundraising platform that aims to spread positivity around the world and we are excited to expand. We are committed to turning innovative community ideas into reality, and connecting project creators with passionate supporters to go beyond traditional fundraising.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do. You will be part of an enthusiastic and innovative team dedicated to making our world a better place.
Inclusion and diversity
Crowdfunder addresses community challenges by realizing ideas. We connect projects that matter to the people and companies who care about them.
We are here to support diverse communities and provide a platform for those who want their voice to be heard; Amplifying voices and impact is what we do.
We value the fact that each of us is different, with different perspectives – and we want to reflect the diversity of the audience we serve.
We realize that we don’t all start from the same place – because both advantages and disadvantages exist – but through crowdfunding and crowdfunding, we believe we can provide a greater level playing field.
We create an inclusive workplace culture, based on fairness, respect and honesty, because we believe that leveraging differences achieves better results and better serves our audiences, partners and communities.
As part of this, we are committed to educating ourselves and each other on gender, race, faith, disability, age, sexual orientation and other areas of diversity to ensure everyone is welcome and feels valued in our workplace as well as in our broader crowdfunding community.
We realize that “diversity and inclusion” is not something we will ever “achieve.” It’s not a box that can be marked as “100% done.”
Diversity and inclusion is a continuous journey of big steps and small nudges that will create a richer community and place to work and help us be a better business.
We are proud to be on that journey together.
