We are partnering with a health technology startup focused on improving the patient experience in mental health and treatment. The product helps doctors deliver better care and simplify user journeys through carefully designed workflows and interfaces.

Team composition: Software Engineer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Delivery Manager

Project highlights:

Scope of duties and ownership:

• Lead end-to-end product design cycles – from understanding user needs and innovating solutions to design, prototyping, testing and iterating post-launch
• Design mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android, following platform-specific patterns and best practices
• Conduct user and business research, collect feedback, and translate ideas into actionable design solutions
• Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new and existing features
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to identify issues and create intuitive and engaging experiences
• Maintain a consistent design system and contribute to its development
• Translate data and insights into design decisions that enhance user engagement and retention
• Present design solutions and justifications to stakeholders and effectively incorporate feedback

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of product design/UI-UX experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work
• At least 3 UX case studies in the portfolio (not just UI images), showing a clear definition of the problem, design process and results
• Proven experience designing mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android, with an eye for platform-specific styles
• Strong user interface skills with attention to detail, visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction patterns
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Product Thinking Mindset: The ability to balance user needs with business goals and think beyond visuals
• Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with product analysis tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) or ability to interpret analytics data
• Experience in healthcare or mental health
• Familiarity with data privacy and accessibility standards
