Position: Lead ServiceNow Developer (Active Security Clearance Authorization) Location: Boston MA/Remote Duration: Long Term Note: Seeking US Citizen Visas Only Detailed Job Description: You have the ability to assist applicants in refining the details of job requirements to ensure clients receive desired positions. Gain knowledge about our ServiceNow implementation to understand and determine the cross-platform impacts of required changes or improvements. Design, develop and implement solutions including custom applications, workflows, catalog elements and integrations to meet complex business requirements. Configure and customize the ServiceNow system using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience. Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation. Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration magnifiers or custom APIs. Build and maintain custom applications following best practices to ensure performance and maintainability Work within Agile methodology to develop, build and test alongside other developers to ensure the best product is delivered to applicants in a timely manner. Work with implementation partners or internal project teams to implement new modules as business needs evolve. Perform regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure we remain compliant and vendor supported. Essential Skills, Requirements, and Competencies: Must be eligible and willing to apply for U.S. government security clearances; Active clearance is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. At least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM and HR modules. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
