Salesforce 100% Remote Maximum Rate: $45/hour on C2C or $40/hour on W2 Long Term Note: Need QA Automation with Salesforce and Healthcare Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and execute end-to-end test cases for Salesforce applications. Identify, analyze and report defects with clear and detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce them. Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct regression, system integration and user acceptance testing. Validate data, security settings, and business process flows within the Salesforce platform. With automation, participate in all phases of the testing process, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting. Provide effective and timely communication on testing progress, issues and risks. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on testing. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce implementation. In-depth knowledge of the field of health insurance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in automation and technical skills in designing and implementing test automation frameworks/scripts. Proficiency in test automation tools, with a strong preference for TOSCA. Experience in automating tests for Salesforce applications.
