💼Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an updated product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks to ensure maximum delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering and marketing teams to deliver high quality products on time.
• Communicate with external partners (SoftSwiss, Digitain, etc.) on technical integration issues.
• Collect and analyze data and conduct customer development interviews.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Improving user experience by applying user experience principles to enhance product ease of use and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure transparency and alignment between all team members throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to support informed decision making.

🧩 Requirements:

• Product Management Experience: 3+ years with a strong focus on platform, infrastructure, or system-level product development;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working within cross-functional teams with Engineering, QA, and Project Managers.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Hotjar, GA, and Tableu;
• Ability to work with documentation, system mapping, and requirements preparation in close collaboration with technology teams;
• A practical, systems-oriented mindset with an emphasis on clarity in processes and architecture.
