A product IT company developing an innovative education-focused product for the US market, which is currently offered as a content monetization platform integrated into the social network Sociala.com.

Role Description:

Sociala works in the field of social media and marketing. We are building a growth path for the US market: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue. We are looking for a Product Owner who can transform our fragmented “zoo of initiatives” into a cohesive, metrics-driven product that has measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• 4+ years as PO/PM/PGM in Social Products/Content/Creators.
• Standardize a single product backlog, establish clear priorities and a predictable release cadence.
• Build a comprehensive marketing → product funnel with leads and managers.
• Formulate growth hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and own metrics (activation, retention, LTV/CAC).
• Writing requirements, analyzing the business, enforcing DoR/DoD, and removing barriers.
• Conduct data-driven reviews and present findings to founders. • Planning a quarterly roadmap and managing risks and dependencies.

requirements:

• 4+ years as PO/PM/PGM in Social Products/Content/Creators.
• Hands-on learning to grow/engage/spread and/or monetize (ads/subscriptions/IAP).
• Ability to clearly analyze and explain conversion paths, cohorts, retention, K factor and LTV/CAC.
• Experience launching A/B tests (MDE, Handrails, Interpretation).
• Strong English for the US market (written and spoken).
• Clearly state salary expectations in your application.

Nice to have:

• Proven cases of sustained WAU/MAU growth and CAC reduction. • Experience with influencers/UGC/creator economy.
• Tools: AppsFlyer/Adjust, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence/Figma.
