We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the Finance Department by managing day-to-day accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency regarding the company’s finances.

Preparing financial statements and preparing reports is a large part of a junior accountant’s daily work. The ideal candidate will be well versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and pay attention to detail.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial situation. This way you can make the right decisions and achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
Updating accounts payable and making reconciliations
Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial data in accordance with the company’s legal, accounting, and financial guidelines
Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly/annual closings
Assist with other accounting projects
