Head of UK Student Recruitment at the University of Greenwich

This position holds a senior position within the Marketing and External Relations Department to provide leadership and effective management of the UK Student Recruitment team.

The role will lead and support the development, implementation and promotion of all aspects of the University’s UK student recruitment strategy, including developing and delivering recruitment activities and events, reporting and forecasting student numbers and targets, and developing the range of programs and courses to meet UK student requirements.

This position is responsible for the direct management of one direct report and leading a recruitment team of 10+ staff to deliver recruitment activity (digitally and physically, on and off campus) to support the high-quality applicant journey, from inquiry to acceptance.

The post holder will be an expert in local UK student recruitment and will be able to instil confidence throughout the University with relevant knowledge and professional judgement. You will have the ability to lead and develop a large team, and work collaboratively with colleges and directorates, ensuring that teams work in a close and collaborative way with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a strategic and visible leader driven by goals and results, with strong analytical skills and experience making decisions that have a significant impact on the organization.
