We are looking for a business analyst. Their primary responsibility is to analyze and evaluate different aspects of the business to identify problems, opportunities and solutions.

✅ Responsibility:

✔️ Product Backlog Management: Formulate a list of backlog items and prioritize them according to important business goals.

✔️ Provide effective communication with project stakeholders: The BA is the central contact between the development team and stakeholders.

✔️ They must be clear and concise in communication to ensure stakeholders agree on all key decisions and strategies.

✔️ Create and maintain product-related change requests: Mostly operational task. The BA will collect, prioritize and include operational changes within the Product Backlog for future sprint iterations.

✔️ Define acceptance criteria for their product: BA should know what they want their product features to achieve. Having strongly defined acceptance criteria is vital to ensure this

✔️ The product performs to expected standards. Air conditioning should always be confirmed with stakeholders and will be used as a baseline for quality assurance testing.

✔️ Gap Analysis: By comparing the current state of the business with the desired future state, BA may identify gaps or areas that need improvement. This helps define the project goals and objectives.

✔️ Change Management: BA will help manage and support the changes resulting from their or BRO’s recommendations. This can include developing change management plans, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes or systems.

✔️ Gather functional and non-functional requirements: BA will ensure that all requirements are collected and that they meet the expectations of the Product Managers.

✔️ Requirements verification: Once requirements, both functional and non-functional, are collected from stakeholders, BA will confirm and agree that the requirements are fit for purpose and use.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 2-3 Years of Experience BA/Product Manager

✔️Experience in web development

✔️ Product development architecture

✔️ Scrum and Agile development methodologies

✔️ User experience principles

✔️ Product backlog management

✔️ Programming and Design (nice to have)

Ability to analyze various issues and find practical solutions as quickly as possible. Identify, collect, and analyze information and use reason to solve complex problems and make decisions based on logical conclusions.
