We are looking for an engaging and courteous Barista with a passion for preparing and teaching food and beverages. A barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-prepared workspace and dining area, update displays, and continually expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as a barista, you must be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You must be positive, friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Barista Responsibilities:
Greet customers, inform them of special offers or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and deliver items to customers.
Food and beverage packaging for sale.
Sell ​​coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlight the differences between varieties, and educate customers about brewing methods.
Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sterilize equipment and utensils.
Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
Update signage and displays to attract customers.
Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, on tables, or behind the counter.
Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
