About your role

About your daily life

Your daily work will be very light, allowing you to focus on development. We have a daily stand-up session and a daily pairing session, except on Tuesdays when we have two pairing sessions. Once or twice a week, a team member would give a presentation on the work they were doing or some aspect of the overall system. Every Friday we hold a weekly meeting where we discuss design issues and any other topics brought up by our teammates.

We generally work on issues asynchronously via chat, moving to Zoom as needed.
