As a member of the leading team at AskUS (the university’s one-stop hub for student support services, which includes Student Support, Student Record, Income and Treasury), you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through multiple touchpoints, including face-to-face, live chat, email, phone and video calls. With a passion for customer service, you will put our students at the heart of our service and will constantly look for ways to develop and improve what we offer.

In return, we’ll invest in your training and development, and support you to grow your knowledge and experience across the entire AskUS suite of services. Our vision is to provide innovative and comprehensive services, supported by a dedicated team of colleagues who aspire to be the best in the sector, and we are looking for candidates who want to join us on our journey.

We’re continuing to evolve our AskUS service, providing support and services to students when and where they need us, and during our core business hours.

Successful candidates will be required to work shifts during our working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 18:00 Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 18:00.
