Senior Sales Operations Specialist, Enterprise

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, Enterprise To join the Revenue Operations team at Clio. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.
What your team does
Revenue Operations has one job of driving growth by accelerating and maintaining revenue generation teams. We directly support sales, marketing, channels, customer enablement, customer support, and payments by providing insights, reducing friction, and enabling teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.
Who are you:
You will work within the Sales Operations team in the Revenue Operations department. Your team is responsible for enabling sales operational efficiencies, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a world-class sales organization. This role will be cross-functional with deep partnerships with multiple areas of the business: primarily sales as well as customer success, data insights, marketing, finance, product and business operations.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about sales and their unique needs so we can increase efficiencies and create optimal prospecting and purchasing experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations and a desire to deeply understand the complex challenges our sales teams face. You need to succeed in a fast-growing environment, where you often face new opportunities and challenges.
What will you do:
- Lead and own strategic projects on the revenue operations roadmap.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our sales processes, then define and scope requirements to solve to increase revenue, improve sales team efficiency, and effectively scale our business
- Attend and participate in forecast meetings that support sales leadership in their weekly forecast bulletin
- Provide solid recommendations for iterative process and workflow improvements in Salesforce CRM.
- Improve the configuration and adoption of our sales organization’s technology stack (Gong, SalesLoft, Chili Piper) and provide support for documentation and training.
- Cross-functionally collaborate on go-to-market initiatives with other departments (revenue enablement, marketing, product and sales).
- Partner and support multiple business stakeholders (legal, financial, marketing) to roadmap and develop operational best practices.
- Subject matter expert across various sales functions, teams and operations.
- Prioritize and support ad hoc requests and troubleshooting.
- Other duties as required.
What to bring:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, or related experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience in configuring and using sales technologies is an added bonus, e.g. SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, Outreach, Chorus, Leandata
- Effective knowledge of SFDC objects and object relationships (Salesforce Admin certification is a bonus but not required)
- Meticulous organization, high standards of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Experience in managing change at an enterprise level
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Experience working with business intelligence tools, analyzing data and extracting insights.
- Natural curiosity and drive to improve
- Experience with the corporate sector
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and changing systems/tools
- A proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions when appropriate
- Manage project components throughout their lifecycle, including ideation, construction, release, and monitoring.
- Show a keen interest in improving your career using artificial intelligence

The full salary range* for this role is $100,300 to $118,000 to $135,700 CAD. Please note that salary ranges may vary based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may vary depending on the employee’s location.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the low end and midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the high end of the salary range for internal employees who demonstrate high performance and continued impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will depend on the individual experience and skill set of the candidate. Please note that there is a separate set of salary ranges for other regions based on the local currency.
