Responsibilities

• Conduct market and specialized research for clients;
• Develop marketing strategies and plans.
• Source and coordinate specialists/contractors.
• Preparing presentations and client reports;
• Setting up and launching email campaigns;
• Participate in customer discussions, identify needs and translate them into solutions.

requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (digital/performance/branding);
• Experience working directly with customers: gathering requirements, delivering solutions and managing expectations.
• Background in a marketing agency with a multi-client workload and project-based assignments;
• Experience in market/industry research and analysis;
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and divide them into tasks.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing (even on a small scale).
• Strong presentation skills (Google Slides).
• Good understanding of sales funnel and digital promotion channels.

It would be redundant

• Experience in project management/coordinating external contractors.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/content marketing/paid advertising;
• Understand the agency’s workflow.

Technical stack

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides);
• Email marketing tools (SendGrid, UniSender, or similar);
• Task management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion – basic level);
• Google Analytics/GA4 (preferred).
