Plays a critical role in helping the Director of Athletics achieve maximum impact of the role. Helps the Athletic Director set priorities and make the most of time, provides strategic and analytical support, manages the full life cycle of assigned special projects, and helps the Athletics Leadership Team operate as effectively as possible. Collaborates closely with all athletics staff. Highly organised, strategic, and action-oriented, works in a fast-paced environment, and makes a positive impact on a dynamic institution of higher education.

Educational requirements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in business administration, communications, or related field is required.

Required experience
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience supporting leadership in managing complex projects and issues and working collaboratively with multiple components.

Preferred educational qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred experience
Experience in a higher education work environment
