Senior Administrative Officer 1 – Head of Scheduling and Examinations Department, University of Limerick

Job Summary
The Scheduling and Examinations Team within the Operations Department of the Academic Registration Department is responsible for producing the class schedule, exam schedule, and associated room reservations in the fall and spring semesters. The central scheduling service is available to all academic departments that wish to include their modules/programmes in the timetable.
The Head of Scheduling and Examinations will lead the Scheduling and Examinations team responsible for creating the academic and examination schedules for the University.
They will also be responsible for leading and managing the end-of-semester examination process in collaboration with the Customer Service team, who provide support for this process at specific periods within the academic cycle. The position holder will report to the Head of Operations and Director of Academic Records.
