About the opening –

We are looking for an AI Product Developer who has the relevant qualifications and previous experience for this role. This is a requirement of one of our overseas clients based in the US. You will be placed in India by Softlab Solutions on behalf of our client. The position is a remote work from home position and you will be exclusively hired and working for this client. Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in the US. They started in 2005. Now, they have grown into a respected full-service marketing powerhouse, and a HubSpot Elite Partner, serving mid-sized organizations. They partner with their customers, taking their business to the next level through thoughtful B2B strategies, technology, creativity, and collaboration.

About the role –

We are looking for an AI Developer who is highly passionate about designing, building and deploying innovative AI-driven applications, agents and tools. This role will focus on developing solutions that integrate with platforms like HubSpot, SDR tools, and other sales and marketing technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and customer value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with applied experience in AI and machine learning. You will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and customer service teams to bring scalable AI products to market.

This is not a pure research or back-end role Building usable AI products Which customers can quickly adopt. You’ll quickly prototype and ship the best players and help shape tools that improve sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.

Key Responsibilities –

• Design, development and maintenance Applications and agents powered by artificial intelligence For Sales, Marketing and RevOps use cases.

• Builds Customized, scalable, customer-ready AI tools That integrates with platforms like HubSpot,

SDR systems and other SaaS technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools across client environments.

• Prototype, test, and iterate new AI-driven features and applications.

• Stay up to date on AI technologies (LLMs, RAGs, automation frameworks, etc.) and recommend practical use cases.

• to support Marketing artificial intelligence products By ensuring scalability, reliability and ease of deployment for customer facing use.

Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• More than 3 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).

• experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Sales/marketing automation tools.

• Experience developing small-scale applications, SaaS tools, or integrations.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Build experience Artificial intelligence agents Or chatbots.

• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, or vector databases for RAG applications.

• Experience contributing to SaaS business products.

• Background in Sales, Marketing, or RevOps technology.

• Develop expertise AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.

• Familiar with typical context protocol.

Important note –

• Must be comfortable working remotely with PST or CST time.
• Fluent English.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in developing AI products.

Interview process –

1. Initial interaction with Softlab solutions (video interaction in Microsoft Meeting) 10-minute interaction

2. If you pass the first round, there will be a second round of interaction with the Customer HR Head and the Project Manager for the technical round (Microsoft Meeting video interaction) 40 to 50 minutes of interaction

3. If the second round is clear, the third round of interview will be a practical/project (60 to 90 minutes) where the candidate must complete a project to demonstrate his or her skills.
